Starting business in July, 2002, through nearly two decades of hard-working and steadily developing, we have achieved a rapid and stable growths, both in business scope and company scale, now we have 3 brother companies, which located in Shanghai, Wuhan, and Zhenjiang city of China.

We focus on R&D, continue improvement, steadily promote integration solving capability. We have rich experience achievement and technical accumulation in semi-conductor, epitaxy, optical fiber, LED, new energy, UHP material industry, and convert into new technology and innovation at mean time. We depend on R&D, have acquired the know-how of Auto Gas Cabinet and BSGS gas delivery technologies, and developed heating components such as: cylinder Heating Jacket, Regulator Heating Package, Heating Block etc., successfully overcome J-T co-effect and solved deep purging and heat compensation problem for high flow gas application, which making us one of the numbered companies in China possessing the comprehensive core technology in delivery of special gases.

We have developed chemical delivery technology, including delivering, unloading, split charging, vaporizing, bubbling steam carrying. The product series: auto chemical cabinet, chemical filling & delivery station, vaporizer, and Bubbler, serving for fluids such as SiHCl3, SiCl4, GeCl4, TEOS, TMA, optical fiber coating material…, which have been proved excellent performance, and applied by many renowned enterprises.
